Austin Texas Construction and its divisions (Austin Texas Decks, Austin Texas Painting, and Austin Texas Stoneworks) send text messages from (737) 379-1915 to customers and prospective customers who have asked to hear from us by text. Messages relate to your inquiry or project, such as estimate follow-ups, appointment scheduling and reminders, project status updates, invoices and payment reminders, and customer service replies. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

• How you opt in: You opt in by (1) checking the optional, unchecked SMS consent box on our free estimate request form at https://austintexasconstruction.com/estimate, (2) sending a text message to (737) 379-1915, or (3) giving us your mobile number and verbally agreeing to receive text messages when you call (737) 379-1915 to request an estimate. We record the date and method of your consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your project, typically 1–10 messages per project.
• Costs: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
• Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at (737) 379-1915 or info@austintexasconstruction.com.
• Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information only as follows:
