• Program name: Austin Texas Construction Customer Notifications.
• Program description: Austin Texas Construction and its divisions send text messages from (737) 379-1915 about your estimate request or project, including estimate follow-ups, appointment scheduling and reminders, project status updates, invoices and payment reminders, and customer service replies. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
• How to opt in: Check the optional SMS consent box on our free estimate request form, text us at (737) 379-1915, or give us your mobile number and verbally agree to receive texts when you call (737) 379-1915 to request an estimate. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies, typically 1–10 messages per project.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to (737) 379-1915. After you send STOP, we will send you one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, text START and we will start sending messages again.
• Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or contact us directly at (737) 379-1915 or info@austintexasconstruction.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: For privacy-related questions, please refer to our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

All estimates are provided in writing, and the scope, price, schedule, and warranty for any project are governed by the written estimate or contract you sign with us, which controls over these Terms if they conflict.

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with the websites' operation.
• Copying, scraping, or republishing site content, photos, or branding without our written permission.

All content on our websites, including text, photos, logos, and the names Austin Texas Construction, Austin Texas Decks, Austin Texas Painting, and Austin Texas Stoneworks, is owned by or licensed to Austin Texas Construction LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Our websites are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Austin Texas Construction LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our websites or text messaging services. Workmanship warranties for completed projects are provided only as stated in your written contract.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of our websites or text messaging services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
